What We Offer
At Upstage Theatre Productions, our youth theatre is more than just a weekly class — it’s a creative company working together towards full-scale productions. Every child becomes part of something bigger, developing skills, confidence, and friendships while bringing a show to life on stage.
Our Musical Theatre programme is led by trained industry professionals, including a dedicated Musical Director, Choreographer, and Director, ensuring every student receives high-quality, well-rounded training in singing, dancing, and acting.
Whether your child is new to performing or already loves the stage, our sessions provide a supportive, energetic, and inspiring environment where they can grow and shine.

What Sets Us Apart
At Upstage Theatre Productions, we don’t just run classes — we build real theatre experiences.
Every child who joins us becomes part of a dedicated production company, working collaboratively towards high-quality performances. From the first rehearsal to the final curtain call, our young performers experience what it truly means to be part of a show — developing not only their skills, but also confidence, teamwork, and a genuine love for theatre.
What truly makes us different is our professional creative team.
Under the artistic leadership of Sassy Hayes, our productions are shaped with a clear creative vision, high standards, and a deep commitment to nurturing young talent. Alongside her, Louise Helyer brings expert musical direction, ensuring every performer develops strong vocal technique and confidence in performance.
Our students are also supported by specialist choreography and direction, meaning they receive well-rounded, professional-level training in:
Acting
Singing
Dance
But beyond the training, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to grow.
We’re not about standing at the back of a class — we’re about stepping into the spotlight together.
